By accessing or using Kejora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform.
"The Platform" means the website at kejora.app and the Kejora apps for Android and iOS. They are the same service and these terms apply to all of them.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kejora. By using the Platform, you represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Use of the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

Employers who post job listings on Kejora represent that:
Kejora reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.
Kejora is free to use. We do not charge job seekers to search, to apply, or to message an employer, and we do not take a cut of anything you are paid.
No genuine employer on Kejora will ask you to pay them to get a job. Treat as fraudulent any request for a deposit, a training or processing fee, payment for equipment or uniforms, your bank or card details, a copy of your identity documents, or your banking passwords or TAC codes — particularly before you have been hired and met the employer. Do not send money or documents, and report the post to us at hello@kejora.app.
Any payment or arrangement you make with another user is between the two of you. Kejora is not a party to it, does not hold funds, and cannot recover money you have sent.
Kejora provides a direct messaging feature to facilitate communication between job seekers and employers. You agree to use this feature only for legitimate job-related communication. Sending unsolicited commercial messages, scam content, or abusive material via the messaging system is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
All content on Kejora — including the logo, design, code, and original text — is the intellectual property of Kejora or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By posting content on Kejora (such as job descriptions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Kejora makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
Kejora does not act as an employer, employment agency, or recruiter. We are a technology platform that facilitates connections between job seekers and employers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kejora and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or loss of revenue — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The website at kejora.app displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not choose or vet them, and clicking one takes you to a third-party site with its own terms. The Android and iOS apps carry no advertising.
The Platform uses Google Maps to show where jobs are. Your use of the map is also subject to Google's terms of service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your conduct is harmful to other users or the Platform. You may also delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
These terms are between you and Kejora. Apple and Google are not parties to them and have no responsibility for the app or its content. Your use of the app must also comply with the rules of the store you installed it from. If the app does not work as it should, tell us at hello@kejora.app — the store operators have no obligation to support it.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Continued use of Kejora after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
